Jocelyn has 12 years experience teaching others how to harness the healing power of foods to vibrantly live their purpose. Michelle has over 12 years experience facilitating yoga (postures, mindful movement, breathwork, meditation and philosophy) sessions for people of diverse ages, backgrounds and physical abilities.  She has worked with University students and faculty, professional athletes, senior center residents, cancer patients and people who just want to be healthy. She will share her love of yoga, passion for wellness and conscious living and tools for tailoring your yoga practice to meet your personal needs.  She'll address common myths that prevent people from starting and enjoying a consistent long-term yoga practice.  Read her bio...
