Balancing Energy Exchange:
​Donations or Ways to Give Back

​Michelle Chua offers donation-based classes and events in the spirit of community. Among Root 2 Rise Yoga's core values is the accessibility of wellness resources for all.  If you are unable to donate financially as energy exchange, there are other options to support our community offerings. As we all pitch in in the ways we can, we empower the sustainability, accessibility, continuation and improvement of our classes and events.  Thank you!

Here are some options for energy exchange: 

1. Cash

For in-person donation-based events, there will often be a cash donation box you can contribute to.

2. Send a Zelle Payment 

To make a Zelle payment, open Zelle app on your internet device.  After creating your profile with your account, send payment to [email protected] for the account of Mary Chua.  Please check your spelling as this is a direct deposit.  Thank you for supporting our wellness offerings!

3. Write a Review and Help Spread the Love!

Your positive feedback helps Root 2 Rise Yoga establish its presence as a community wellness resource, so that more people who may benefit from our offerings will know about them. If you would like to help us spread the word by sharing about your experience with Michelle's classes or events, consider writing a review on our Yelp page here or on our Google page here.  Thank you for your energy donation!

5. Invite Your Friends and Family

Word of mouth continues to be the most effective way to share about the work we do.  Consider inviting your friends and family to our events or posting on your social media, email lists or public boards about Michelle Chua's yoga and wellness offerings.  Sharing about your personal experiences are helpful ways to support continued offerings.  Huge gratitude for your efforts to help us nurture community!

6. Share Your Gift or Expertise (Bartering)

You may have a service that is needed to support Root 2 Rise Yoga & Reiki and our community offerings.  Email Michelle here with what kinds of service you can offer in exchange for the service you received.
