Just love your classes and the spirituality you bring to them! They have been a tremendous help during this pandemic and shelter in place. |
I gained a serious appreciation for yoga and the practice more than just the physical...Your class has helped transform my practice and changed the way I see yoga. You are an amazing teacher. |

- After yoga, feel free to un-mute yourself for a little social distancing social chat :) I'd love to hear how everyone's doing, and of course, any feedback as we newly continue to share in live online yoga classes.
I have been taking Michelle's yoga classes for eight years. She has an inner peace that permeates each class and leaves her students with a feeling of calm, often after full days of stressful work. When I first started taking Michelle's yoga classes, her teachings helped me to find balance when I was transitioning from graduate school to working full time. Now that safety is a concern and Michelle has been offering Zoom yoga classes, I have been joining as many of her classes as I can attend in a week, because they keep me sane, centered, and rooted in a very challenging time. She brings a sense of joy and depth to the practice. Michelle does an excellent job including poses and movements to build heat and then cooling down in a meditative way. I would recommend her classes to anyone I know!

Her (Michelle Chua's) classes are completely different. She has this wonderful manner about her that puts you at ease. Also a dancer, she really understands movement and the body. I really recommend her classes.
-Elaine Lockhart-Mummery (Los Angeles, CA)
The calming atmosphere and physical practice provided a healthy counterbalance for the stress of my senior classes. I always felt refreshed afterward. And, I feel like I've gained more control over my body. Some of the poses looked scary, like the lizard lunge--I was amazed that I could do that one.
Thanks again!
-Scott Sharaga (Northridge, CA)
Michelle has a soothing calm voice that feels healing as you practice. Even though her sequences are active, sometimes very sweaty, I leave the class feeling like I just came out of a restorative yoga class--relaxed and opened up.
-John (Sherman Oaks , CA)
Michelle brought positive energy into my life, and her classes helped me to reconnect with life.
