Michelle Chua is a great yoga teacher and, even more importantly, human! Kind, fun, caring, she explains everything in detail, offers suggestions for modifications if you have an injury or aren't that flexible... She starts and ends every class with a meditation, which is sorely needed. She's gone online with Covid so you can take a class through zoom by donation, or go to her YouTube page because many of her classes have been taped and are there. She's the best!
