During such a chaotic time such as this, Michelle’s virtual classes have been essential! Her knowledge of well-being provides many tools for her students to use in their day-to-day lives. Not only does she give us a safe space to physically practice asanas, she brings together a community. Being new to yoga, I have appreciated Michelle's gentle yoga sessions. They have been eye-opening for me. Shavasana has been helpful to center myself. In the past, I had dismissed these kinds of practices as non-essential, but after the first session, I found myself in a meditation and laughed that I was in a peaceful and un-stressful place. Her step-by-step, calm, and succinct instructions have been instrumental for a beginner like me. Michelle connects well with her students and cares enough to ask if there are any areas we want to focus on during class, and she implements those seamlessly into her routine. The philosophies she explains are well integrated into the classes. She enjoys instructing so much that it is contagious.
