For a limited time at a reduced rate, you can also add a private follow-up session with Michelle Chua after your 28 days of Daily Yoga Habit.  Meet with Michelle on Zoom for 45 minutes to evaluate your specific needs and create a personalized daily yoga practice moving forward.  You can receive feedback on how you're aligning your body in postures and choose the breath technique and meditation that most effectively address your intention and balance your inner and outer being.  Continue your daily yoga practice with a prescribed sequence uniquely for you.

Your private follow-up session is discounted to $35-45USD (sliding scale at your honest discernment of affordability) for 45 minutes when you book below within 3 days of registering for Daily Yoga Habit.  Normally, an hour private yoga session is valued at $80-120. I'm offering this with the intent of supporting your continued daily yoga practice in the most effective way.  I'd like you to complete Daily Yoga Habit feeling inspired, empowered and charged to keep going on your own. And, committing to a private follow-up session within a week after the 28 days is another means of holding yourself accountable to following through :)

NOTE: After 3 days from your registration for Daily Yoga Habit, you're still able to book a private virtual session at the regular rate of $100 for an hour (once only) or $80 per hour for at least 3 weekly sessions.  The weekly session can continue to help you fine-tune your yoga practice and offer additional accountability.
