Spring Yoga Retreat with Michelle Chua

Private Nature Oasis in Ojai, CA

Space is limited at this private location.  Address provided upon registration.
Nurture yourself in nature for a day at a most inspiring 12-acre private garden preserve, home to some of the rarest plant species in California, only 75-minutes drive north of Los Angeles, in serene Ojai Valley.  Connect to your wellspring of joy and vitality through guided forest bathing among exotic and local spring blooms, yoga asana, breath-work and meditation surrounded by ancestral trees, deliciously nutritious plant-based lunch and free time to stroll the trails in solitude or mingle and flow with our diverse conscious community.  Enjoy peaceful perspective and invigorate your whole being by slowing down and savoring nature's uplifting spring gifts, just in time for Earth Day!

Tentative Itinerary
10:30am Meet at the main entrance for carpooling into the property, as required by estate owner.
10:45 Welcome Circle/Orientation
11:00 Guided Forest Bathing 
11:45 Yoga Asana and Pranayama (postures and breath work) for All Levels with Michelle Chua
12:45 15-minute Silent Meditation
1:15 Plant-based Lunch provided
2:00 Free Time: Wander through upper hiking trails or relax in the gardens 
3:00-3:30 Closing Circle

*All activities are outdoors.

Your Retreat Investment Includes:
  • Guided activities listed in itinerary
  • Welcome drink and catered lunch
  • Donation to garden preserve to support conservation efforts and environmental education project ($10 per guest)
  • Nature preserve docent and private party admission during extended hours
Early Bird Rate: ​$75 per guest thru April 1st
​After April 1st: $85 per guest
Capacity is limited to 20 guests.
