Participants are responsible for determining their physical and mental readiness for this retreat.

Retreat organizers do not provide medical advice or medical services.
Assumption of Risk & Liability
Participation in this retreat is voluntary. By registering, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with international travel, physical activity, and cultural immersion experiences.

Minimum Enrollment
This retreat requires a minimum number of participants to operate. If the minimum is not met by May 15, 2026, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made. Organizers are not responsible for airfare or other personal travel expenses purchased independently.
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond the organizers’ control—including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, political instability, airline disruptions, or public health emergencies—retreat organizers reserve the right to modify the itinerary, accommodations, or retreat dates in good faith to ensure safety and continuity.
Photography & Media
Retreat organizers may capture photos or video during the retreat for marketing purposes. By participating, you grant permission for use of your image.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance, including medical coverage, evacuation, flight cancellation, and interruption—is strongly recommended and the responsibility of each participant.
Travel Requirements
Participants are responsible for:
- Ensuring their passport is valid for at least six (6) months beyond travel dates
- Obtaining a valid Nepal visa (purchase upon arrival at Kathmandu Airport)
- Meeting any current entry, exit, or transit requirements
- Consulting their healthcare provider regarding recommended vaccinations or travel health precautions

- Moderate hiking on uneven terrain
- Travel at moderate elevations (no high-altitude trekking)
- Daily yoga and meditation practices
