Sound Healing

Sound Healing is a natural healing modality that utilizes sounds to promote a feeling of harmony, inner peace and deep relaxation.  A session can entail a trained facilitator playing crystal and Himalayan metal singing bowls and other instruments in soothing harmonious tones to invite a relaxed mental-emotional and physical state in the clients, while they lie down comfortably and observe the sounds in a meditative state.  

Michelle offers private individual, small group and community sound healing sessions.  After their sound healing sessions, her clients have reported the following:
  • Stress relief
  • Deep relaxation
  • Mental calm
  • Physical comfort
