Since 2010, Michelle Chua (read her bio here) has worked with private clients that range in age, body, ability, experience, focus and intention, and she continuous to enjoy witnessing the whole-being wellness and consciousness that grow through their practice.
Private yoga sessions are a valuable way to receive personalized guidance on your yoga practice, including physical postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), concentration (dharana) tools, meditation (dhyana) and understanding and integrating yoga and mindfulness philosophy into daily life and perspective. Michelle now offers Reiki Energy Healing during your private session of deeply relaxing Restorative Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation with an optional Soundbath during Savasana.
In the Los Angeles, CA area, Michelle also offers privately guided Mindful Hikes, often called forest-bathing and is known for its mental-emotional and physical benefits, with Pranayama, Meditation and post-hike stretch. Energy Exchange for Private Yoga, Mindful Hike & Meditation or Reiki Sessions
Sessions can be tailored to your preferred length of time for a session. Generally, Michelle meets with clients at their home, office or nearby park for an hour, at the energy exchange rate of $90-150 for a one-time session, depending on services included and financial ability. Commit to 5 prescheduled sessions for a discounted rate of $80-125 per session, as the benefits of yoga come with consistency and long-term practice. Travel fees may apply to distances over 10 miles from Hollywood, LA. Small-group private yoga sessions are also available, with reduced pricing per person. Inquire below.
