2025 Women's Retreat Itinerary:
Saturday, Sept. 13
After 2:00pm Check-In, settle into your weekend sanctuary with free time to rest from travel or explore the beauty of the nature preserve and saltwater pool. Meet your new community of friends and set the tone for the weekend with an Opening Circle at 3pm. Set the tone for loving awareness through a Creative Arts Play*shop, a multi-modality 90-minute journey of nurturing your inner child and strengthening your relationship with your intuition. Movement, drawing, music-making and writing are some of the processes we'll explore to let life force energy flow freely through us. (No prior experience needed.) After a gourmet vegan dinner prepared by our retreat chef at 6:00pm, relax and restore your body mindfully with Yin Yoga, followed by energy-balancing Pranayama and Sound Meditation with a Reiki-infused Sound Healing group session to welcome a good night's sleep.

Sunday, Sept. 14
To nurture deep listening and attunement to your inner guidance, begin the day with Morning Mindful Silence. As we refrain from conversation or the effort of trying to communicate outwardly until lunch at noon, rest your voice and feel the underlying presence that allows for sacred space and wisdom to emerge.
Group activities begin with Hatha Flow Yoga, Pranayama and Mindfulness Meditation at 7am, followed by a nutritious vegan breakfast at 8:30am. After a curated Nature Walk to connect with Mother Earth's whispers in the nature preserve, enjoy free time until lunch at 12pm.
After lunch enjoy free time until our 2:30pm newly added Somatic Movement and Expressive Arts Workshop exploring Authenticity and Self-Compassion, facilitated by Somatic Movement and Expressive Arts Therapist Ana Liz Ceregatti.
Dinner at 6:00pm is followed by a Sharing Circle delving into the topics of Equanimity and Aligning with What You Hold Sacred. Cap the night with a restorative Reiki-infused Sound Healing group session.
