A yogi since 2001, I am inspired to share the inner joy, physical strength and intuitive awareness that emerge from the union of breath, body and mind. A teacher since 2010, my classes are a blend of clear Iyengar alignment, deep Ashtanga postures, meditative Vinyasa Flow and attention to one’s honest personal practice. Students of all levels are encouraged to explore their bodies’ potential compassionately and authentically, while calming the mind chatter to the peaceful sound waves of breath. I am dedicated to practicing what I teach and strive to further my study of yoga.
